Insurance
We accept most major insurance companies in Virginia. If you have a question regarding insurance please contact us and we will answer any questions you may have. Most insurance companies cover virtual behavioral health visits; please contact your insurance company to see if you plan accepts this treatment modality.
Payments
Our office accepts electronic payments only. A credit card is required to schedule an appointment, and your card will be billed within 24-hours after your session. Please contact your insurance company with questions regarding your copayment amount and whether or not an authorization is required prior to the session.
Missed Appointment Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call or text at 757-504-3900 to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance or you can cancel using the scheduling portal. If we do not receive such advance notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session. Monday appointments must be cancelled on the Friday prior to your appointment.
